Neil Popowitz is an Attorney/MBA with Freilich & Popowitz LLP, who helps develop sustainability, growth management and green land development codes, including tying new development to mandatory solar, rainwater capture and green development standards to reduce global warming, energy consumption, carbon dioxide emissions and vehicle miles travelled.
Walley Geer, Founder and President of Greymar Associates, Wally is a pioneer in energy efficient housing, designing and constructing sustainable homes using alternative construction technologies. Mr. Geer is a founding director of the Central Coast Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and has served on the USGBC’s California Alliance Taskforce.
Fernando Tapia is a Sr. Finance Analyst for SolarWorld, the largest Solar Panel Manufacturer in the U.S. He has spent the last 12 years providing financial support in various roles across multiple industries. His background includes Sr. Finance and Strategy Roles at The Walt Disney Company, Medtronic and SolarWorld.
